2. Booking and Payment

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete details when booking a ride. Upon confirmation, you agree to:

• Provide correct pickup and drop-off addresses, contact details, and preferred time.
• Pay the agreed fare using valid payment methods (cash, card, or online payments).
• Ensure your availability at the pickup point on time to avoid delays or cancellation.
• Understand that prices are based on estimated routes and may vary due to traffic or route changes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

4. Service Usage

By using AirportMini Cabs, you agree to the following conditions of service:

• Respect our drivers and behave in a polite and non-abusive manner.
• Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or smoke in the vehicle.
• Ensure that minors are accompanied by an adult guardian.
• Keep the vehicle clean and avoid causing any damage. You will be charged for any repair or cleaning resulting from misuse.

• Delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, or other factors beyond our control.
• Missed flights, trains, or appointments due to the above delays.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information and be reachable for driver communication.
• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Inform us of any changes to your travel plans in a timely manner.
• Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by your actions or belongings.

We respect your privacy. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your booking or as required by law.
